What's wrong with this LivingSocial promotion?

Now I don't mean to be picking on LivingSocial. Remember the last blog about them with their "invite a friend" image that looked as if someone was flipping you off. Here is another. An ad for the Oakland Zoo. But I see horror. The poor kangaroo is next to a train track, and its tail is on the rail! I'm pretty sure they were given this image "to go with". But one might want to explain what the image provokes and ask the client for an alternative.
